I offer a wide range of services for everyone I work with. I specialize in one-on-one, classroom, organizational training with an emphasis on nutrition, supplementation, and all aspects of resistance and cardiovascular, yoga and resistance training.
I'm also mobile, as I've worked on location sets, training camps and home gyms.  If you want to discuss travel with an extended stay, I'm open to the possibility.

Every training session will begin with a warm up, proper stretching, your personalized training and a cool down.  I'm also available to discuss your goals over breakfast, lunch or dinner.
